A common site in restaurants, pubs, outdoor BBQs, and street vendors, Romanian Mititei or mici (both romanian words meaning "little ones" / "small ones") is one of our signature products here at European Deli Market. Mititei is a skinless beef and pork sausage that has been seasoned with a special blend of garlic, black pepper, paprika, and salt. We leave the grilling experience up to you, traditionally Mititei is flame grilled to to where it is a delicious and juicy sausage.
Traditionally, Mititei is served hot, with bread and a high quality mustard. However some people also enjoy it with fries and pickled greens.
